Hubei Tongyuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology-driven private enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and operation of fragrance intermediates in the fine chemical industry.
The company covers an area of 100 acres and is equipped with 50 sets of production units, as well as a complete suite of chemical testing and laboratory equipment. All production units are operated through automated control systems, enabling full-process capabilities in fine chemical production, including chemical synthesis, distillation, refrigeration, drying, hydrogenation, oxidation, and the treatment of waste gas, wastewater, and solid waste.
The company currently has 15 senior and mid-level engineering and technical personnel, as well as a well-established chemical production team honed through years of practical experience. It has established long-term collaborative relationships with several universities, including Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Wuhan University of Engineering. The company possesses strong capabilities in the research and development, production, and domestic and international marketing of fragrance intermediates.
The company currently produces 25 fragrance intermediates, including cyclohexyl series and cinnamon series products. All products are independently developed, with the production processes of Allyl cyclohexyl propionate and Cinnamyl acetate being internationally leading.
The company is committed to green development and focuses on the production of low-emission chemical products. Currently, several chemical raw materials have been replaced by by-products from enterprises within the park, making it one of the demonstration enterprises for the circular economy in the region.
